Trusts Act, 1908, and in the matter of a Scheme for the
disposition of certain Trust Property held by Trustees
for the Auckland Total Abstinence Society or Trust
Board.
NOTICE is hereby given that a scheme under the pro-
visions of the above-named Act for the disposition of
the above-mentioned trust property, together with the report
upon the said scheme by the Honourable the Solicitor-General
has been filed in the office of the Registrar of the Supreme
Court at Auckland by the said Trustees, and that the scheme
and the report thereon will be laid before His Honour Sir
Alexander Herdman, a Judge of the said Court, for his con-
sideration : And, further, that the said scheme and report
are open for inspection by the public (free of charge) at the
office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Auckland :
And, further, that on Monday, the 16th day of December,
1929, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, or so soon thereafter as
counsel may be heard, His Honour Sir Alexander Herdman
will hear and determine all matters relating to the said scheme,
and make such order thereon as he shall think fit.
