NOTICE is hereby given that by a special resolution dated the 14th day of October, 1929, it was resolved to wind up voluntarily, and appointed STANLEY EUSTACE LAMBERT, of Wellington, Public Accountant, to be Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.
