EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 147,
folio 245 (Auckland Registry), for Allotment 88 of the
Parish of Awhitu, in favour of PIRATO, of Awhitu, an
Aboriginal Native of New Zealand, having been lodged with
me, together with an application for the issue of a new
certificate of title, notice is hereby given of my intention to
issue such new certificate of title accordingly upon the expira-
tion of fourteen days from the 7th day of November, 1929.
Dated at the Land Registry Office at Auckland, this 1st
day of November, 1929.

EVIDENCE having been supplied of the loss of certificate
of title, Vol. 70, folio 182, for Lot 2, plan 2771, Wai-
puna Street, Hastings, whereof ALICE JANE WARE and

certificate of title in place of the above, I hereby give notice
that it is my intention to issue such new certificate after
the 23rd day of November, 1929, unless good cause be shown.
