FEES.

WHERE not conflicting with any Act governing the issue of the licenses to survey, or with any regulations having the force of law, the following fees shall be paid to the Secretary in respect of the services hereunder mentioned:—

  • In the event of failure of any candidate to pass the full examination, the Board may at its discretion remit part of the examination fee at any subsequent examination of such candidate.
