Land proclaimed as a Road in Block III, Ngaiire Survey District, Stratford County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Ngaiire Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:—
A. R. P. Being Portion of
0 1 29 Section 14; coloured blue.
1 1 18 ,, 15; ,, pink.
Situated in Block III, Ngaiire Survey District.
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 76407, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of October, 1929.

Defining the Middle-line of a Road in Blocks XI and VII, Taramarama Survey District — viz., Ardkeen Settlement Road.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of the road desired to be constructed over Blocks XI and VII, Taramarama Survey District—viz., the Ardkeen Settlement Road—shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point on the southern boundary of Section E.R. 28, Block XI, Taramarama Survey District, marked 0 miles and proceeding thence generally in a north-easterly direction for a distance of approximately 4 miles 52 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c.—viz., Section E.R. 28, and part Sections 18s, 13s, and 12s, Block XI, Taramarama Survey District; part Sections 9s and 10s, Blocks XI and VII, Taramarama Survey District; and part Section 3s, Block VII, Taramarama Survey District, and terminating at a point near the south-western corner of part Section 5s, Block VII, Taramarama Survey District, marked 4 miles 52 chains; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the Gisborne Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 76904, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of October, 1929.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown lands described in the First Schedule hereto as permanent State forest, and the Crown lands described in the Second Schedule hereto as provisional State forest.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
Auckland Forest-conservation Region.—Part State Forest No. 22.
(Total area, 3 acres 0 roods 11·02 perches.)
APPROXIMATE area of Crown land proclaimed as permanent State forest:—
