SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the City of Wellington, containing by ad-measurement 1 acre 0 roods 10·9 perches, more or less, being part Section 4, Harbour Registration District, situated in Block XI, Belmont Survey District, and being the whole of the land on plan numbered 154/58, deposited in the Wellington District Office, Department of Lands and Survey, and thereon coloured red.

Vesting a Reserve in the Ashburton County Council.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 14th day of October, 1929.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for plantation purposes: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Ashburton: Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Ashburton, in trust, for plantation purposes.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.
RESERVE 4239, Blocks XIII and XIV, Spaxton Survey District: Area, 22 acres 2 roods 13 perches.

Declaring Land in the Southland Land District to be subject to the Land for Settlements Act, 1925.
CHARLES FERGUSSON, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section one hundred and five of the Land for Settlements Act, 1925, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of the Land for Settlements Act, 1925, and shall hereafter form part of the Te Wae Wae Settlement.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Wallace County, containing by ad-measurement 1 rood 21 perches, more or less, being portion of Section 15, Block XV, Longwood Survey District, and being the area proclaimed Crown land by Proclamation dated the 22nd day of August, 1929, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 59, of the 29th August, 1929, at page 2176: As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 21/149/347, and deposited at the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 10th day of October, 1929.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three hundred and fifty-nine of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the lands in the Auckland, Gisborne, Taranaki, Wellington, Marlborough, Westland, Canterbury, and Otago Land Districts described in the Schedule hereunder written for the purposes specified in the said Schedule.
