    IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
    In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of THE DOMINION PAINT AND TAR PRODUCTS, LTD., of Sockburn, Christchurch.
    NOTICE is hereby given that at a general meeting of shareholders of the above company held at Christchurch on the 17th day of September, 1929, a special resolution was passed that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. JOHN HENDERSON BARBOUR, of 135 Hereford Street, be appointed Liquidator of the said company, such resolution being confirmed at a general meeting of the company held at Christchurch on the 3rd day of October, 1929.

    WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL.
    RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
    IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926, and its amendments, the Wellington City Council hereby resolves as follows:-
    That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of twenty-six thousand two hundred and fifty pounds (£26,250), to be known as "The Wellington City Melrose, Wadestown, and Northland Districts Drainage Loan 1919 Repayment Loan, 1930," authorized to be raised by the Wellington City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of redeeming the outstanding liability in respect of a loan maturing on the 1st day of March, 1930, the said Wellington City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of seven three-hundredths of a penny (7/300d.) in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the whole of the City of Wellington, and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of ten (10) years from the 1st day of March, 1930, or until the loan is fully paid off.

    WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL.
    RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
    IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926, and its amendments, the Wellington City Council hereby resolves as follows :-
    That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of seventy thousand three hundred pounds (£70,300), to be known as "The Wellington City Street-widening Renewal Loan 1919 Repayment Loan, 1930," authorized to be raised by the Wellington City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of redeeming the outstanding liability in respect of a loan maturing on the 1st day of December, 1930, the said Wellington City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of three-fiftieths of a penny (3/50d.) in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the whole of the City of Wellington, and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of ten (10) years from the 1st day of December, 1930, or until the loan is fully paid off.

    WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL.
    RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
    IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926, and its amendments, the Wellington City Council hereby resolves as follows :–
    That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of forty-five thousand four hundred pounds (£45,400), to be known as "The Wellington City Milk-supply Loan 1919 Repayment Loan, 1930," authorized to be raised by the Wellington City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of redeeming the outstanding liability in respect of a loan maturing on the 1st day of March, 1930, the said Wellington City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one twenty-fifth of a penny (1/25d.) in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the whole of the City of Wellington, and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of ten (10) years from the 1st day of March, 1930, or until the loan is fully paid off.

    That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of twenty-four thousand five hundred pounds (£24,500), to be known as "The Wellington City Street-widening Loan 1919 Repayment Loan, 1930," authorized to be raised by the Wellington City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of redeeming the outstanding liability in respect of a loan maturing on the 1st day of March, 1930, the said Wellington City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-fiftieth of a penny (1/50d.) in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the whole of the City of Wellington, and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of ten (10) years from the 1st day of March, 1930, or until the loan is fully paid off.

    RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
    Redemption Loan of 1929, £17,000.
    IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926, the Lower Hutt Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
    That, for the purpose of providing the interest, sinking fund, and other charges on a loan of £17,000, authorized to be raised by the Lower Hutt Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of paying off a loan of £20,300, known as "The Lower Hutt Borough Council Consolidated Loan, 1910, of £20,300," which falls due on the
