IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road in Wharepapa Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 5 acres 2 roods 25·8 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Section 3.

Situated in Block III, Wharepapa Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 24370.)

Additional Regulations under the Government Life Insurance Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 30th day of September, 1929.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred by the Government Life Insurance Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities in this behalf invested in him, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the additional rules and regulations made on the nineteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-three, and in lieu thereof doth hereby make and prescribe the rules and regulations hereinafter set out, and doth order and direct that such revocation and substituted rules and regulations shall come into force and take effect on the date of the publication thereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
