ERRATA.—In the Second Schedule to the Proclamation,
dated the 15th day of August, 1929, and published in
the New Zealand Gazette No. 58, of the 22nd day of the same
month, at page 2138, proclaiming land as a street and street
closed in the Borough of Napier, read “O acres O roods
0·02 perches” in lieu of “0 acres 0 roods 0·2 perches.”

In Gazette No. 57, of the 15th August, 1929, page 2121,
“Land in Gisborne Land District for Selection on Renewable
Lease,” in Schedule, for “Block VII” read “Block VIII.”

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the Scenery Preservation Board, constituted
pursuant to the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908 (here-
in after referred to as “the said Act”), has recommended that
the land described in the Schedule hereto should be per-
manently reserved for scenic purposes, and it is expedient
to give effect to such recommendation:
Now, therefore, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pur-
suance and exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act,
do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in
the Schedule hereto shall be a scenic reserve under the said
Act, and subject to the provisions thereof.
SCHEDULE.
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 6, Block XI, Hundalee Survey District : Area,
l rood 25·4 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of
August, 1929.

WHEREAS the Scenery Preservation Board, constituted
pursuant to the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908 (here-
in after referred to as “the said Act”), has recommended that
the land described in the Schedule hereto should be per-
manently reserved for scenic purposes, and it is expedient

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by
admeasurement 11 perches, more or less, being Lot 1, on
D.P. 4790, being a subdivision of part Section 1, Hua and
Waiwakaiho Hundred, and situated in Block X, Paritutu
Survey District: Bounded towards the north-west by Wai-
wakaiho Road, 96·1 links; towards the north-east by the
left bank of the Waiwakaiho River, 75 links (approximately);
towards the south-east by part Section 1 aforesaid, 101·7
links; and towards the south-west by other part Section l
aforesaid, 75·85 links: Be all the aforesaid linkages more
or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked
L. and S. 146A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of
Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of
August, 1929.
