NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of members
of JAYS LIMITED, held on Friday, the 2nd day of
August, 1929, the following resolutions were duly passed :—
(1) “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the
shareholders that the company cannot, by reason
of its liabilities, continue its business, and that the
company be wound up voluntarily.”
(2) “That for the purpose of such winding-up JAMES
MAWSON STEWART, of Christchurch, Public Ac-
countant, be appointed Liquidator.”
