Rangers under the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921–22, appointed.

IT is hereby notified that, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred by section 35 of the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921–22, the under-mentioned persons have been appointed Rangers under and for the purposes of that Act for the Hawke’s Bay Acclimatization District :—

Constable Wesley Houston to be Clerk and Bailiff of the Warden’s Court, Receiver of Gold Revenue, and Mining Registrar at Murchison for the Westland District constituted under the Mining Act, 1926, and Clerk and Bailiff of the Magistrates’ Court at Murchison for the purposes of the Magistrates’ Courts Act, 1928, as from the 22nd day of July, 1929.
Constable Arthur Thomas Breed to be Bailiff of the Magistrates’ Court at Opotiki for the purposes of the Magistrates’ Courts Act, 1928, as from the 29th day of July, 1929.
George McKessar to be an Inspector of Factories for the purposes of the Factories Act, 1921–22, as from the 29th day of July, 1929.
