Declaring that Portion of the Right Bank of the Little Wanganui (Poerua) River in Block IV, Wataroa Survey District, shall be protected.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section two hundred and seven of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of the right bank of the Little Wanganui (Poerua) River described in the Schedule hereto shall be protected.

SCHEDULE.

PORTION of the right bank of the Little Wanganui (Poerua) River in the Westland Land District, adjoining Sections 2255 and 743, Block IV, Wataroa Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 75828, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of July, 1929.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 75281, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 75820, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged pink.
