A PPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of a new certificate of title, in favour of WILLIAM DUNCAN, of Waikawa, Sawmiller, for Section 14A, Block XI, District of Waikawa, being the land contained in certificate of title, Vol. 80, folio 112, and evidence having been lodged of the destruction of the said certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I shall issue a new certificate of title as requested, unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same within fourteen days from the date of publication of this notice in the Gazette.

N OTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company held at Waikouaiti on the thirty-first day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, the following special resolution was passed, and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the said company, held on the fourteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, the said resolution was duly confirmed :—

“That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that JOHN PRESTON be, and he is hereby, appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”

N OTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of shareholders of HARDWOODS’ LTD., held on 6th July, 1929, the following extraordinary resolution was unanimously carried by the shareholders thereof, and duly entered in the minute-book of the said company, and signed by all the shareholders therein :—

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting and the shareholders that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. W. H. QUICKFALL, of New Plymouth, be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”
