Warrant vesting the Control of Hauiti Road and Portion of
Oranga Avenue in the Onehunga Borough Council, and the
Control of Portion of Rockfield Road in the One Tree Hill
Road Board.
CHARLES FERGUSSON, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all
other powers and authorities in anyway enabling me in this
behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby direct
that Hauiti Road and the portion of Oranga Avenue described
in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of the
gazetting hereof, be under the control of the Onehunga Borough
Council; and I do further direct that the portion of Rockfield Road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and
after the date of the gazetting hereof, be under the control
of the One Tree Hill Road Board.
SCHEDULE.
All that street known as Hauiti Road, and all that portion
of Oranga Avenue from its junction with Hauiti Road to
its junction with Rockfield Road; coloured red on plan.
All that portion of Rockfield Road from its junction with
Oranga Avenue to its junction with Mount Smart Road;
coloured blue on plan.
The said street and portions of street lying along the
boundary between the Borough of Onehunga and the One
Tree Hill Road District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 7447], deposited in the office of the Minister
of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as
above mentioned.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 25th day of January, 1929.
