LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

EVIDENCE of the loss of occupation licenses, Vol. 118, folio 117 (Auckland Registry), for Section 4, Block I, Rotoiti Survey District, and Vol. 118, folio 121 (Auckland Registry), for Section 5, Block I, Rotoiti Survey District, both in favour of MARION ALICE BURNETT SPAIN, Wife of STEPHEN SPAIN, of Clyde, having been lodged with me, together with an application to register deferred-payment licenses in lieu of the said occupation licenses, notice is hereby given of my intention to register such deferred-payment licenses accordingly upon the expiration of fourteen days from 30th day of May, 1929.
