Also all that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing 1 acre 0 roods 30·08 perches, being Section 41, Ohura Suburban: Bounded towards the north-east by Section 35, Ohura Suburban, 1210 links; towards the south-east by Section 27, Ohura Suburban, 107·69 links; towards the south-west by Section 6, Block XXIII, Town of Ohura, 669·98 links, and Kiwi Street, 480 links; and towards the north-west by Hihi Street, 108·28 links.
Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same are delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/575, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered pink.

ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby prohibit, for the period of one year from the date of this Order in Council, all alienation of the Native land specified in the Schedule hereto other than alienation in favour of the Crown.

Partial Revocation of Order in Council prohibiting all Alienation of certain Native Land other than Alienation in favour of the Crown.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 11th day of May, 1929.

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE SIR J. G. WARD, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, it is enacted that any Order in Council made under that section may at any time be varied or revoked:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority hereinbefore mentioned, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council referred to in Part I of the Schedule hereto, but only in so far as it affects the land mentioned in Part II of the said Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
PART I.
ORDER in Council under section 363 of the Native Land Act, 1909, dated the 21st day of February, 1927, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 24th day of February, 1927, as extended by Orders in Council dated the 14th day of February, 1928, and 16th day of July, 1928, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 23rd day of February, 1928, and 19th day of July, 1928, respectively, affecting Rimuroa No. 1 and other blocks.
PART II.
Rimuroa No. 1, containing 135 acres 3 roods 11 perches, more or less, situated in Opoiti Survey District.

The Eastern Side of Portion of Hoggard Street, in the City of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 11th day of May, 1929.

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE SIR J. G. WARD, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the twenty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, viz.:
"The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of the eastern side of Hoggard Street fronting Lot 325 on D.P. 52";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of the portion of Hoggard Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Hoggard Street, fronting Lot 325, D.P. 52. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 75376, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
