NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
TAKE notice that I have this day served a notice on Messrs. G. E. Smith and William McCullough under section 35 of the Partnership Act, 1908, dissolving the partnership business of Motor-garage and Service-station Proprietors hitherto carried on between the above-named and myself at the corner of Herbert Road and Dominion Road, in the City of Auckland, under the style of “The Belmont Service Station.”

OTOROHANGA COUNTY COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
Pekanui Special Loan, £200.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, the Otorohanga County Council hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £200, authorized to be raised by the Otorohanga County Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of forming, culverting, and metalling 110 chains of Pekanui Road through Waiwhakaata No. 3E No. 2, Block X, Pirongia Survey District, commencing at the Pekanui Stream bridge and extending north-westwards for a distance of 110 chains, the said Otorohanga County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of twopence in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Pekanui Special-rating Area, as described in the Schedule hereto, and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of twenty years, or such shorter period as may be determined by the Council, or until the loan is fully paid off.
THE SCHEDULE HEREINBEFORE MENTIONED.
All that land situated in the Pirongia Survey District, commencing at the north-west corner of Section 12, Block X; thence along the western boundary of the said Section 12 and Section 14; thence along the southern boundary of the said Section 14 to the north-west boundary of Section 16; thence along the western boundary of the said Section 16; thence along the southern boundaries of Sections 16 and Waiwhakaata No. 3E No. 2; thence along the eastern and northern boundaries of the said section Waiwhakaata 3E No. 2 to the south-east corner of Section 22; thence along the eastern and northern boundaries of the said Section 22, the north boundary of Section 13 to the junction of a road at the north-west boundary of the said Section 13; thence following that road to the point of commencement.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
Parihoro Special Loan, £300.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, the Otorohanga County Council hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £300, authorized to be raised by the Otorohanga County Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of forming, culverting, and metalling 5½ miles of the Pirongia–Kawhia Main Highway, from Mangati Bridge to the Ngutunui Bridge, the said Otorohanga County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one penny and one farthing in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Parihoro Special-rating Area, as described in the Schedule hereto, and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of fifteen years, or such shorter period as may be determined by the Council, or until the loan is fully paid off.

All that land situated in the Pirongia Survey District, commencing at the north-west corner of Kopua Pt. No. 1s Section 2, Block XI; thence along the western boundary of the said Section Kopua Pt.
