In the matter of the Bankruptcy Act, 1908, and in the
matter of ROBERT JAMES DUNCAN, of Christchurch,
Builder (a Bankrupt).

TAKE notice that on the application of ROBERT JAMES
DUNCAN, of Christchurch, Builder, and on reading the
affidavit of the said Robert James Duncan and the report
of the Official Assignee filed herein, and upon hearing Mr.
R. L. Saunders of counsel for the bankrupt, it was ordered
that the order of adjudication dated the 21st day of January,
1927, against the said Robert James Duncan be annulled.

William Colman Burke, of Dunedin, Mechanic—Second
and final dividend of 4s. 5½d. in the pound (making a
total of 6s. 8d. in the pound).

(otherwise known as John Riely), of Otokia, Farmer,
and upon reading the notice of motion and affidavits filed in
support thereof, and upon hearing Mr. C. B. Barrowclough
of counsel for the said John Riley (otherwise known as John
Riely), it was ordered that the order of adjudication made
on the 18th day of December, 1925, against the said John
Riley (otherwise known as John Riely) be annulled.

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

APPLICATION having been made to me to register a notice
of re-entry by THE WAIKATO-MANIA POTO DISTRICT
MAORI LAND BOARD, as agent for the Native owners, the lessors
under Lease No. 5606 of the Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 29B No. 2
Block, being the whole of the land in Provisional Register-book,
Vol. 45, folio 16 (Auckland Registry), whereof GEORGE
ALBERT BROWN, of Auckland, Farmer, is the registered
lessee, I hereby give notice that I will register such notice of
re-entry at the expiration of one month from the 16th May,
1929, unless good cause to the contrary be shown.
