In the matter of the Bankruptcy Act, 1908, and in the
matter of ROBERT JAMES DUNCAN, of Christchurch,
Builder (a Bankrupt).
TAKE notice that on the application of ROBERT JAMES
DUNCAN, of Christchurch, Builder, and on reading the
affidavit of the said Robert James Duncan and the report
of the Official Assignee filed herein, and upon hearing Mr.
R. L. Saunders of counsel for the bankrupt, it was ordered
that the order of adjudication dated the 21st day of January,
1927, against the said Robert James Duncan be annulled.
