Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.—Declaration by the Assistant Registrar dissolving a Society.

I, HAROLD BEANLAND WALTON, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to appear to me that the New Zealand Inventors Club (Incorporated) is no longer carrying on its operations, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908. I, ERNEST HENRY FARNIE, Returning Officer for the election of a member of the Gisborne Land Board, do hereby notify, in accordance with the provisions of section 47 of the Land Act, 1924, and the regulations made thereunder, that the only person nominated to fill the vacancy occurring on the said Board was George Oswald Donovan, Esquire, of Motu, and I do hereby declare the said George Oswald Donovan duly elected a member of the Gisborne Land Board as from the 28th day of May, 1929.
