ERRATA.—On page 1058, New Zealand Gazette, No. 28, of 26th April, 1929, Postmaster appointed to take and receive Statutory Declarations, for “Maxwell Roy Milon” read “Maxwell Roy Mildon.”

In the seventh line of the Schedule to the Proclamation, dated the 4th day of February, 1929, and published in Gazette No. 7, of the 7th day of the same month, defining the middle-line of a road in Block V, Turanganui Survey District, for “1B 2D” read “1B 2B.”

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three of the Electric-power Boards Act, 1925, and of every other power and authority enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the district described in the First Schedule hereto to be an electric-power district, and I hereby assign to such district the name of the “Waimea Electric-power District”; and I do further proclaim that the areas described in the Second Schedule hereto and therein respectively distinguished by the letters “a” and “b” shall be the outer areas of such electric-power district.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

WAIMEA ELECTRIC-POWER DISTRICT.

(a) ALL that area of land situate in the Land District of Nelson and bounded as follows: Commencing at the point of intersection of high-water mark of Tasman Bay with a public road forming the south boundary of Section 67 and Section E, Block X, Kaiteriteri Survey District; thence in a westerly direction along the northern side of the said road; thence in a northerly direction along the eastern side of the public road forming the western boundary of the said Section 67; thence in a westerly direction along the south boundary of Section 94 to a public road; thence in a northerly direction along the said road and along the western boundary of the said Section 94 and Section 2, Block X, Kaiteriteri Survey District; thence in a westerly direction along the south boundaries of Sections 95 and 82 to a public road; thence across the said road and along the south boundary of Section 35; thence in a southerly direction along the eastern boundary of the said Section 35; thence in a westerly direction along the south boundary of the said Section 35; thence in a northerly direction along the western boundary of the said Section 35; thence in a westerly direction along the south boundaries of the said Section 35 and Section 37, all in Block VIII, Kaiteriteri Survey District, to the north-western corner of Section 77, Block X, Kaiteriteri Survey District; thence in a southerly direction along the western boundary of the aforesaid Section 77 to a public road; thence across the said road, again along the western boundary of the aforesaid Section 77 to a public road; thence across the said road and again along the western boundary of the aforesaid Section 77 to the northern bank of the Riwaka River; thence in an easterly direction along the northern bank of the said river to the south-eastern corner of Section 76; thence in a southerly direction across the Riwaka River to the north-eastern corner of Section 81; thence along the eastern boundaries of Sections 81, 59A, and 87 to a public road; thence in a southerly direction across the said road and along the eastern boundaries of Sections 91 and 11 of 61 to a public road; thence in a southerly direction across the said road and along the western boundary of a closed road intersecting Sections 45 and 14 to the southern boundary of the latter section, all the aforesaid sections being in Block X, Kaiteriteri Survey District; thence in a southerly direction along the eastern boundary of Section 5 of 61 to a public road; thence in a southerly direction across the said road and along the eastern boundary of Sections 1, 2 of 61, to the south-eastern corner of the last-mentioned Section 2 of 61; thence in a westerly direction along the southern boundary of the said Section 2 of 61 to the north-eastern corner of Section 60; thence generally in a south-westerly direction along the south-eastern boundaries of Section 60 aforesaid, Section 59, parts of Section 58, and Section 22, all the aforesaid sections being in Block III, Motueka Survey District; thence in a southerly direction along the eastern boundaries of Sections 25, 26, and 15, in Block II, Motueka Survey District; thence in a southerly and westerly direction along the eastern and southern boundaries of Sections 9, 2, 3, 90, 89, 2 of 109, and part of 110, to the south-western corner thereof; thence in a southerly direction along the eastern boundaries of Sections 14 and 28 to the south-western corner of the last-mentioned sections, all the aforesaid sections being in Block VI, Motueka Survey District; thence in a southerly and westerly direction along the eastern and southern boundaries of Sections 54, 55, 56, 57, and 107 to the southern corner of the last-mentioned section; thence in a northerly
