IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and of the PIRI PIRI CO-OPERATIVE DAIRY COMPANY, LIMITED.
NOTICE is hereby given that by a special resolution of the company passed on the 12th March, 1929, and confirmed on the 4th April, 1929, it was resolved that the above company be wound up voluntarily.

STRATFORD COUNTY COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION STRIKING SPECIAL RATE.
Pembroke Road Loan of £1,680 (1928).
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, and of all other powers (if any) it thereunto enabling, the Stratford County Council hereby resolves as follows :—
That, for the purpose of providing for the payment of interest, sinking fund, and other charges on the Pembroke Road Loan (1928) of £1,680, authorized to be raised by the Stratford County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of refacing and tarring the Pembroke Road from the Stratford Borough boundary to the Radius Line, the said Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one half-penny (½d.) in the pound sterling on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Pembroke Road Loan (1928) Special-rating District in the County of Stratford, being more particularly described in the Schedule at the foot hereof, and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable on the 1st day of February in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty (20) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
SCHEDULE.
All rateable property within a line commencing at the north-eastern corner of Section 118, Block I, Ngaiere Survey District ; thence along the eastern and southern boundaries of Section 118 and the southern boundary of Section 114 to the eastern boundary of Section 113 ; then southerly to the Patea River ; thence westerly along the Patea River to the north-eastern corner of Section 10, Block IV, Kaupokonui Survey District ; thence along the eastern boundary of Section 10, the eastern and southern boundaries of Section 11, to the Barclay Road ; thence westerly to the western boundary of Section 50 ; thence northerly along the western boundaries of Sections 50 and 51 to the Patea River ; thence westerly to the Radius Line ; thence northerly to the boundary of Block IV, Kaupokonui Survey District ; thence easterly along the northern boundaries of Block IV, Kaupokonui Survey District, and Block I, Ngaiere Survey District, to the north-eastern corner of Section 66, Block I, Ngaiere Survey District ; thence along the eastern boundary of Section 66, the northern boundaries of Sections 85, 86, 87, and 88, the eastern boundary of Section 88, the northern boundaries of Sections 90, 92, 94, and the northern and eastern boundaries of Section 96 to the Pembroke Road ; such rateable property comprising Sections 1 to 14 (inclusive), 38, 39, part 50, 51, 52, 56, 106, 107, 108, Block IV, Kaupokonui Survey District, and Sections 52, 53, 64, 65, 66, 84 to 88 (inclusive), 90, 92, 94, 96, 109 to 114 (inclusive), and 118 of Block I, Ngaiere Survey District.
