Classification of Roads in the Franklin County.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me
by the Motor-lorry Regulations, 1927, and clause (3)
of Regulation 3 of the Motor-lorry Regulations Amendment
No. 2, I, Ethelbert Alfred Ransom, Minister of Public Works,
do hereby declare that the roads described in the Schedule
hereto and situated in the Franklin County shall belong to
the respective classes of roads shown in the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE.

CLASSIFICATION OF ROADS IN THE FRANKLIN COUNTY.
Roads classified in the Third Class (available for the use thereon
of any motor-lorry which with the load it is carrying
weighs not more than 6 tons)--

1. Great South Road, from Section 15, Block IV, at Para-
   kura Town Board boundary, to Section 122, Block I, Mara-
   marua Survey District, at Mercer Town Board boundary.

2. Pokeno to Paeroa Road, from intersection with Great
   South Road at Pokeno Township, Block I, Maramarua Sur-
   vey District, to southern boundary of Section 37, Block XV,
   Opaheke.

3. Pukekohe--Waiuku Road, from Pukekohe Borough
   boundary at Lot 105, Section 1, Pukekohe, to Waiuku Town
   Board boundary at north-west corner of Section 39, Block III,
