A PROCLAMATION.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the Borough of Petone described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A STREET.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a street : 2·47 perches.
Being portion of Section 5, Hutt R.D.
Situated in Block XIII, Belmont Survey District (Borough of Petone). (S.O. 2266.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 70132, deposited in the Office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of April, 1929.

of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in Paritutu Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of March, 1929.

In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Opunake Survey District described in the First Schedule thereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
