Varying a Condition as to setting back the Building-line of the Western Side generally of a Road, in the County of Waitemata, imposed by an Order in Council under Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby amend the Order in Council dated the tenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, and published in Gazette No. 43 of the seventeenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, exempting the western side generally of a road in the County of Waitemata from the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the western side generally of the said road adjoining the land described in the Schedule to the said Order in Council within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said road, by varying the said condition with regard to the building-line so that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the western side generally of the said road within a distance of thirty links from the boundary of the said road.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by the Electoral Act, 1927, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby abolish all existing polling-places and do hereby appoint the places mentioned in the Schedule hereto to be the polling-places in the said Electoral District of Bay of Islands.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-fifty-ninth-section of the Land Act, 1924, it is enacted that the Governor-General may from time to time set apart temporarily as reserves, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
