Revoking Order in Council licensing Henry Arthur Purser to use and occupy a Part of the Foreshore at Little Passage, Coromandel Harbour, as a Site for a Jetty.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 28th day of February, 1929.

WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the tenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 1, of the thirteenth day of the same month, Henry Arthur Purser, of Auckland (who with his executors, administrators, and assigns is hereinafter called “the licensee”), was licensed to use and occupy a part of the foreshore below low-water mark at Little Passage, Coromandel Harbour, as a site for a jetty :
And whereas the said licensee has applied to have the hereinbefore-recited license revoked, and it is desirable to revoke the same :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the Harbours Act, 1923, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council of the tenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, as from the thirty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Kamo Park Domain.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 28th day of February, 1929.

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE SIR J. G. WARD, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-seven of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint the
Kamo Town Board
to be the Kamo Park Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto ; and doth hereby appoint Friday, the twelfth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Town Board Office, Kamo, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Kamo Town District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 3 roods 25·3 perches, more or less, being portion of Lot 1, plan 20496, Auckland Registry, and being portion of Allotment 50, Parish of Whangarei, bounded as follows : Commencing at a point on the Ruatangata Road at the south-western corner of Lot 18, plan 20635, Auckland Registry ; thence by that road in a south-westerly direction bearing 242° 3′, distance 246·5 links ; thence in a north-westerly direction bearing 332° 3′, distance 1608·94 links ; thence in a north-easterly direction bearing 72° 51′ 40″, distance 250·96 links ; thence in a south-easterly direction bearing 152° 3′ 30″, distance 1561·84 links ; to the point of commencement : Be all the aforesaid linkages a little more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan numbered L. and S. 1/582, deposited in Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, Wellington, and thereon edged green.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 28th day of February, 1929.

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE SIR J. G. WARD, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the Lake County Council is a body of persons having power to lease lands held in trust, reserved, or set apart for public purposes, and has requested the Governor-General in Council to declare it to be a leasing authority within the meaning of the Public Bodies’ Leases Act, 1908 :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in compliance with such request, and in exercise of the powers in this behalf conferred by the above-mentioned Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the Lake County Council is a leasing authority within the meaning of the Public Bodies’ Leases Act, 1908.

Union of Woodville and Gorge Domains.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by section four of the Public Reserves and Domains Amendment Act, 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that from and after the sixteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, the public domains described in the Schedules hereto shall be united to form one public domain, to be known as the Woodville Domain.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
WOODVILLE DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District containing by admeasurement 39 acres 3 roods 19 perches, more or less, being Rural Section 78, Block VIII, Woodville Survey District, Woodville County.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
GORGE DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Wellington and Hawke’s Bay Land Districts, containing by admeasurement 352 acres 2 roods 20 perches, more or less, being Sections 26, 27, and 38, Block I, Mangahao Survey District, Pahiatua County.
