Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Blocks VIII, Catlins, and VIII, Glenomaru Survey Districts.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken :—
A. R. P. Being Portion of
4 1 26 Section 22, Block VIII, Catlins Survey District; coloured red.
0 0 30 Section 93, Block VIII, Glenomaru Survey District; coloured blue.

In the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 73937, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of March, 1929.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of a police station and other public buildings, and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of public reserve set apart :
1 acre 0 roods 28·6 perches.
Being Section 2 of 2, Block X, Tangitu Survey District.

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 74223, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of March, 1929.
