In the matter of the Bankruptcy Act, 1908, and in the matter of VERNON LYELL ALEY, of Auckland, Carpenter, a Bankrupt.

TAKE notice that, on the application of the above-named bankrupt, and on reading the motion filed herein and the affidavit in support thereof, and upon hearing Mr. Wills, of counsel for the said bankrupt, it was ordered that the order of adjudication, dated the 18th day of July, 1928, against the said bankrupt be annulled.
