Special Conditions.

  1. The licenses are offered subject to all existing mining rights.
  2. There is an unsurveyed residence-site, of approximately 1 acre, situated in Section 117, Block I, Fraser Survey District, adjoining Section 79.
  3. Protection is allowed the Molyneux Electric Dredging Company for their hut on Section 16, Block II, Fraser Survey District.
  4. Certain mutual boundary-lines have been arranged by agreement with adjoining owners, and in the event of there being any dispute between the parties, the matter shall be referred to the Commissioner of Crown Lands, Dunedin, whose decision shall be final.
  5. Subject to agreement with the adjoining holders, the boundary-fences on Section 2, Block IV, Fraser Survey District, will require to be placed on the correct boundary-line.

This section comprises a very good building-site above the road-line on the road from Karitane to Merton, in what is known as the Township of Karitane. Ideally situated for a seaside cottage in this popular resort.

TERMS OF SALE.

Cash: A deposit of one-fifth of the purchase-money on the fall of the hammer; balance of purchase-price, together with £1 (Crown-grant fee), is payable within thirty days thereafter, otherwise the deposit paid at time of sale shall be forfeited, and the sale declared null and void.

CONDITIONS OF SALE.

Cash: One-fifth of the purchase-money on the fall of the hammer, and the balance, together with £1 (Crown-grant fee), within thirty days thereafter; otherwise the part of the purchase-money paid by way of deposit shall be forfeited and the sale of the land declared null and void.

Deferred payment: A deposit of £10 of the purchase-money, in the case of Reserves 781 and 952, and £15 in the case of Reserve 782, together with £1 1s. (license fee), on the fall of the hammer; the balance by equal half-yearly instalments of principal and interest extending over a period of 34½ years, with interest at the rate of 5½ per cent. per annum, but with the right to pay off at any time the whole or any part of the outstanding amount.

If the purchaser fails to make any of the prescribed payments by due date, the amount already paid shall be forfeited and the contract for the sale of the land be null and void.

Titles will be subject to Part XIII of Land Act, 1924, and purchaser must subscribe to the declaration required thereunder.
