No. 2.--CLAIM BY AN EXECUTOR OR ADMINISTRATOR.

THE plaintiff, as executor [or administrator] of A. B., deceased, claims £ for [or the
balance of] goods sold and delivered by the said A. B. to the defendant, as in the "Particulars"
hereto attached [or hereunder written].

No. 3.--CLAIM AGAINST AN EXECUTOR OR ADMINISTRATOR.

THE plaintiff claims from the defendant, as executor or administrator of A. B., deceased, £
