Each lot must be tendered for separately, and each tender must be accompanied by a deposit equal to six months’ rent at the rate tendered.

The successful tenderer will be entitled to possession on receipt of a notification of the acceptance of his tender.

Deposits with tenders which are not accepted will be returned to the respective tenderers.

Each successful tenderer must lodge a declaration to the effect that he is not prohibited under Part XII of the Native Land Act, 1909 (relating to limitation of area), from acquiring the area tendered for.

The term of the leases will be thirteen and one-half years from 1st January, 1929, with right of renewal for one further term of fifteen years.

Compensation for substantial improvements effected by the lessee will be allowed him as provided in section 263 of the Native Land Act, 1909.
SCHEDULE.
Lot 1: Lot 7, deposited plan 3802, on subdivision of Raetihi 3B, Block IV, Makotuku Survey District: Area, 220 acres 1 rood 5 perches. Upset rental, £40 per annum. Loading for improvements, £720. Improvements comprise fencing, clearing, and grassing.
Lot 2: Lot 1, deposited plan 4518, part Raetihi 3A and 4B, Blocks III and IV, Makotuku Survey District: Area, 139 acres 3 roods 30 perches. Upset rental, £3 10s. per annum. Loading for improvements, £270. Improvements comprise fencing, clearing, and grassing.
Lot 3: Lot 3, deposited plan 4518, part Raetihi 3A, 3B 2, and 4B, Blocks III and IV, Makotuku Survey District: Area, 158 acres 0 roods 14 perches: Upset rental, £15 16s. per annum. Loading for improvements, £515. Improvements consist of dwelling, fencing, clearing, and grassing.
Lot 4: Lots 13 and 14, deposited plan 4518, part Raetihi 3A and 4B Blocks, Blocks III and IV, Makotuku Survey District: Area, 309 acres 2 roods 16 perches. Upset rental, £11 10s. per annum. Loading for improvements, £75. Improvements consist of fencing.
The sections have good access by the Tohanga Road, which is metalled, and distant two to four miles from Ohakune.
