accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily under
the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908, and that Mr.
H. J. WERNHAM be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of
winding up the affairs of the company.”

meeting of MANDEL AND LAURANCE, LIMITED (in
Liquidation), will be held at the Chambers of Messrs. Rowley,
Gill, and Hobbs, 153–155 Featherston Street, Wellington, on
Friday, the 14th day of December, 1928, at 2.30 o’clock p.m.

To receive Liquidator’s account showing the manner in
which the winding-up has been conducted.
To determine, by extraordinary resolution, the manner of
disposal of the books, accounts, and documents of the

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto
existing between RUBY HAY and KATHLEEN McLEAN,
and then carrying on the business of Confectioners and
Stationers on the premises known as No. 15 Coutts Street,
Kilbirnie, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the
17th day of November, 1928. As from that date the business
will be carried on by Ruby Hay on her own account.

WHANGAREI DAILY NEWS PRINTERS AND PUBLISHERS,
LIMITED.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for winding up
the above-named company by the Supreme Court was,
on the 7th day of November, 1928, presented to the Honour-
able Mr. Justice Frazer, a Judge of the Supreme Court, by
Francis James Howie, William Smith, Wallace Calder, Alfred
Leslie Steele, and Alfred Duncan Spring, all of Whangarei,
Journalists, creditors of the said company, and that the said
petition is directed to be heard before a Judge of the said
Court at the Supreme Court at Auckland on Monday, the
17th day of December, 1928, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon ;
and any creditor or contributory of the said company
desirous of opposing the making of an order for winding
up the said company under the above Act should appear
at the time of the hearing, by himself or his counsel, for
that purpose ; and a copy of the petition will be furnished
to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring
the same, by the undersigned, on payment of the regulated
charge for the same.

subscription basis to those who also order a bound copy
of the Statutes.
