Declaring Land in the North Auckland Land District to be
subject to the Land for Settlements Act, 1925.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section
one hundred and five of the Land for Settlements Act,
1925, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare
that the area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto
shall be subject to the provisions of the Land for Settlements
Act, 1925, and shall hereafter form part of the Waiteitei Settle-
ment.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Rodney
County, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 1 rood 8·9
perches, more or less, being closed road described in a Pro-
clamation dated 18th September, 1924, published in the
New Zealand Gazette, page 2172, and passing through Sec-
tions 1s and 2s, Waiteitei Settlement. As the same is more
particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 21/85,
deposited at Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey,
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, this 10th day of November, 1928.
