Variation of an Order in Council prohibiting Alienation of certain Native Land.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 9th day of November, 1928.
Present:
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE SIR FRANCIS BELL, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS it is enacted by section one hundred and thirty-two of the Native Land Act, 1909, that any Order in Council made thereunder may at any time be varied and revoked:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby vary an Order in Council made under the said section one hundred and thirty-two of the Native Land Act, 1909, dated the twenty-ninth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four (and extended from time to time), regarding the Ahomata-riki 2B and other blocks set out in the Schedule to such Order in Council by excluding and excepting from prohibition of alienation the lands set out in the Schedule hereto.
