NOTICE is hereby given of the following resolution, passed pursuant to section 168, subsection (6), of the Companies Act, 1908, by the above-named company at Wellington, on Friday, the 5th day of October, 1928 :—
Resolved,—“That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that HERBERT JAMES RUSSELL, of 20 Brandon Street, Wellington, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
AT a meeting of the members of the INDUSTRIAL CHEMICAL COMPANY, LIMITED, held on the 9th day of October, 1928, it was resolved that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that JOHN JACKSON, of Wellington, Indent Agent, be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned GEORGE SPICKMAN KEMP and GEORGE CHISHOLM HUNTER, under the style of “Kemp and Hunter,” at Hamilton, has been dissolved as from the 21st day of September, 1928, by mutual consent. The debts owing from or to the firm will be discharged or received by the said George Chisholm Hunter, who will continue to carry on the business at Hamilton aforesaid.
