A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Maramarua and Rangiriri Survey Districts described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the Office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of October, 1928.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Tangihua Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road : 1 acre O roods 34 perches.

Being portion of Section 7.

Situated in Block II, Tangihua Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 24699.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 73335, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of October, 1928.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road in Kaupokonui Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 2 roods 31·7 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Sub. l, D.P. 3841, being part Section 34.

Situated in Block XIII, Kaupokonui Survey District.

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 73189, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of October, 1928.
