A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, the Public
Works Amendment Act, 1923, and of every other power and
authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir
Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the
portion of a public reserve described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby set apart for scenic purposes, and I also hereby
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and
twenty-eight.

198 acres l rood 16 perches.
Being portion of Reserve 363.
Situated in Block III, Mount Bonar Survey District.
In the Westland Land District ; as the same is more
