Land taken for the Development of Water-power (Arapuni Scheme, Rangitaiki Substation Site) in Block VII, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water-power (Arapuni Scheme, Rangitaiki Substation site); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twentieth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 72834, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of September, 1928.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for afforestation purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twentieth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the twenty-sixth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 38, of the second day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, altering a Proclamation defining the middle-line of a portion of the Wellington—New Plymouth Railway (Wellington—Tawa Flat Deviation) in so far as it affects Lots 49 to 63, 65, 66, 68 to 78, D.P. 2012, being part Section 42, Porirua R.D.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of September, 1928.
