NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of the members of the above-named company, held on the 7th day of August, 1928, a resolution was duly passed and entered in the minute-book of the said company, and signed by the said members, as follows :—

“It being proved to the satisfaction of the company that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, it was resolved that the said company should go into voluntary liquidation as at this date.”

At the said meeting W. R. T. WHITE, of Blenheim, Public Accountant, was appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.

TAKE notice that the Partnership heretofore carried on by us as Contractors at Birkenhead, near Auckland, under the name or style of “Froude and Overbury,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the 16th day of June, 1928, and that all debts of the said Partnership shall be paid and discharged by the said Gerald Ernest Overbury.

NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership which subsisted between MESSRS. G. H. BYFIELD and J. BOOTH, carrying on business in Kilbirnie Crescent, Kilbirnie, as Wood and Coal Merchants under the name or style of “G. H. Byfield,” was dissolved on the 23rd day of July, 1928, and that the said business is now being carried on solely by Mr. G. H. Byfield, who will be responsible for all debts incurred in connection with the said business after the said 23rd day of July, 1928.
