ELLYN WARREN, of the City of Auckland, Engineer,
intend to present a petition to the Supreme Court of New
Zealand at Wellington, praying that the above-mentioned
Letters Patent be extended for a further term: And notice
is hereby given that I intend to apply to the Supreme Court
of New Zealand at Wellington on Wednesday, the 28th day
of March, 1928, for a day to be fixed before which the said
petition shall not be heard: And notice is hereby given
that any persons desirous of being heard in opposition to
the prayer of the said petition must, before the said Wednes-
day, the 28th day of March, 1928, lodge notice of such
opposition in the office of the Supreme Court at Wellington,
and serve a copy thereof at the office of my solicitors, Messrs.
Findlay, Hoggard, Cousins, and Wright, 197 Lambton Quay,
Wellington: And notice is hereby further given that the
office of the said Messrs. Findlay, Hoggard, Cousins, and
Wright is the address for service on me of any document
of which service upon me is required in accordance with the
Rules of the Supreme Court under the Patents, Designs, and
Trade-marks Act, 1921–22.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore
subsisting between us, the undersigned HERBERT
SPARKES BEAUMONT, of Woolston, Woolscourer, and FRED-
ERICK GEORGE BEAUMONT, of Woolston, Woolscourer, carry-
ing on business as Woolscourers and Fellmongers at Woolston,
near Christchurch, under the style or firm of “ H. S. and
F. G. Beaumont,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as
from the 25th day of January, 1928.
All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be
received and paid by the said Frederick George Beaumont.

VICTOR SEGAR, carrying on business at Timaru under the
style or firm of “ Carr and Segar,” has been dissolved as from
the 1st day of December, 1927.

be received and paid respectively by the said Percy Victor
Segar, who will continue to carry on the business under the

In the matter of the Partnership Act, 1908.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore
existing between us, the undersigned, carrying on
business as Electroplaters under the firm name of “ J. E.
Bass and Co.,” at No. 2 Alpha Street, Wellington, has dis-
solved as from the 16th day of January, 1928.
The said business will be carried on in future by Mr. J. E.
Bass alone under the name of “ City Plating Works.”
All debts owing to the firm are to be paid to Mr. J. E. Bass,
who will pay and be responsible for the payment of all debts
owing by the firm.
