of my intention to issue such new certificate of title accord-
ingly on the expiration of fourteen days from the 2nd day of

been lodged with me, together with an application for a new
certificate of title and a request to register discharges of the
said mortgages Nos. 83104 and 107320, without requiring the
production of the outstanding duplicates of the same and of
the said leases; notice is hereby given of my intention to
issue such new certificate of title accordingly, and to register
such releases of mortgage in terms of section 40 of the Land
Transfer Act, 1915, on the expiration of fourteen days from
the 2nd day of February, 1928.
