SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District containing 10 acres, more or less, and being part of Section 43, Square 15, Block VI, Pakawau Survey District. Bounded towards the north, west, and south by Westhaven Inlet, and towards the north-east and east by the remaining portion of aforesaid Section 43. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/1/434, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered blue.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 28th day of January, 1928.

Notice as to Change of Purpose of a Reserve in the Township of Hawarden, Canterbury Land District.
CHARLES FERGUSSON, Governor-General.
WHEREAS by notice issued pursuant to section six of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, dated the twelfth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, and published in the Gazette of the fourteenth day of that month, the purpose for which the reserve described in the Schedule hereto was set apart was changed from a reserve for public purposes to a reserve for a site for a memorial hall :
And whereas the said notice was laid before Parliament pursuant to the provisions of section seven of the said Act, and no resolution has been passed by either House of Parliament that such House does not assent to such change of purpose :
And whereas it is provided by the said section seven that if no such resolution is passed by either House, then, from and after the termination of the then session of Parliament, such change of purpose, in accordance with the terms of the notice, shall be valid and effectual for all purposes whatsoever :
Now, therefore, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify that no such resolution as aforesaid has been passed by either House of Parliament, and that the change of purpose as set forth in the notice aforesaid has taken effect accordingly as from the fifth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven (being the date of the termination of the session during which the notice aforesaid was laid before Parliament).
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District containing by admeasurement 33·6 perches, more or less, being Reserve No. 4112, situated in the Township of Hawarden, Block VII, Waipara Survey District, and bounded as follows : Towards the north by Lot 7 on deposited plan No. 7103, 272 links ; towards the east by Lot 9 on said deposited plan, 83·49 links ; towards the south by a right-of-way one chain wide, 232·45 links ; and again towards the south-west by the Horsley Downs – Waikari Road, 92·4 links : As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 22/3637, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

WHEREAS by notice issued pursuant to section six of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, dated the twenty-second day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-eighth day of that month, the purpose for which the reserve described in the Schedule hereto was set apart was changed from a reserve for post and telegraph purposes to a reserve for public buildings of the General Government :
And whereas the said notice was laid before Parliament pursuant to the provisions of section seven of the said Act, and no resolution has been passed by either House of Parliament that such House does not assent to such change of purpose :
And whereas it is provided by the said section seven that if no such resolution is passed by either House, then, from and after the termination of the then session of Parliament, such change of purpose, in accordance with the terms of the notice, shall be valid and effectual for all purposes whatsoever :

And whereas the said notice was laid before Parliament pursuant to the provisions of section seven of the said Act, and no resolution has been passed by either House of Parliament that such House does not assent to such change of purpose :
And whereas it is provided by the said section seven that if no such resolution is passed by either House, then, from and after the termination of the then session of Parliament, such change of purpose, in accordance with the terms of the notice, shall be valid and effectual for all purposes whatsoever :
