Land proclaimed as a Road in Blocks III and XIII, Sutton Survey District, Taieri County.
[L.S.] CHARLES FERGUSSON, Governor-General. A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Sutton Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road :-
A. R. P. Being Portion of 7 0 33 Section 15, Block XIII, Sutton Survey District; coloured sepia. 14 1 0 Section 2A, Block III, Sutton Survey District, coloured blue.
(Otago R.D.).
In the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 70872, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of January, 1928.

[L.S.] CHARLES FERGUSSON, Governor-General. A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Rangiora Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and I do also hereby take the land described in the Second Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection ten of the said section twelve.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road :-
A. R. P. Being portion of 0 2 14 Section 472; coloured purple. 0 2 34 ,, 366A ,, yellow. 2 2 8 ,, 366A ,, blue. 0 0 21 ,, R 367 ,, pink.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 3 roods 28 perches. Being portion of Section 366A; edged green on plan.
All situated in Block XV, Rangiora Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 866/404.)
All in the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 70260, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of January, 1928.

Revocation of the Reservation of a Permanent State Forest.
[L.S.] CHARLES FERGUSSON, Governor-General. A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Forests Act, 1921-22, and pursuant to a resolution in that behalf passed by both Houses of Parliament, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke (so far only as it relates to the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto) the Proclamation of the seventeenth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six, whereby the said land (with certain other land) was set apart as a permanent State forest, and declare that the reservation thereby effected is (so far only as aforesaid) revoked accordingly.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION, AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 3 acres 2 roods 7 perches, being portion of State Forest No. 33 (Gazette, 1886, page 1497), situated in Blocks XV and XVI, Maramua Survey District, and being a strip of land one chain wide along the south-eastern boundary of the aforesaid State forest, from the public road to Lake Waikare, a distance of 3538ยท5 links. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan numbered 25/5, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of January, 1928.

Revoking Portion of a Proclamation proclaiming Land as a Road in Blocks VII, Waitapu, and III, Totaranui Survey Districts, Takaka County.
[L.S.] CHARLES FERGUSSON, Governor-General. A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section five of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the eleventh day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 16, of the seventeenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, proclaiming land as a road in Blocks VII, Waitapu, and III, Totaranui Survey Districts, Takaka County, as affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land affected: 7 acres 2 roods 14 perches. Being portion of Section 17, Square 12. Situated in Block III, Totaranui Survey District, Nelson R.D. (S.O. 397R).
In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 67661, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured purple.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of January, 1928.
