Vesting a Reserve in the Balclutha Borough Council.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 23rd day of July, 1928.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart for municipal purposes: And whereas it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Balclutha.
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the fourth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Balclutha, in trust, for municipal purposes.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart for a site for municipal buildings: And whereas it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Upper Hutt:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the fourth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Upper Hutt, in trust, for a site for municipal buildings.

WHEREAS the lands described in the Schedule hereto have been duly set apart for water-supply purposes: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserves in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Dargaville:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section four of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserves described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Dargaville, in trust, for water-supply purposes.

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 2,401 acres 2 roods 39 perches, more or less, being Section 12, Block X (201 acres 1 rood 20 perches); part Section 7, Block X (530 acres 2 roods), as shown on North Auckland Plan No. 24437; Sections 17, Block XIII (147 acres 3 roods 21 perches), 1 (304 acres), 2 (447 acres 2 roods), 3 (498 acres), 5 (203 acres 1 rood), and 9 (69 acres 0 roods 38 perches), Block XIV, all of Tutamoe Survey District: As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 374, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart for plantation purposes: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Mackenzie:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section four of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Mackenzie, in trust, for plantation purposes.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District containing by admeasurement 6 acres 0 roods 10 perches, more or less, being portion of Reserve 180, situated in Block XIII, Tekapo Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the north-east generally by a road reserve, 1 chain in width, along the shore of Lake Tekapo; towards the east by Reserve 2014, 537·9 links; and towards the south-west by the Fairlie-Tekapo-Pukaki Road, 2290 links. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan L. and S. 47270c, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Kairanga County Council on the twelfth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, the portion of road affected by such resolution being more particularly described in the Schedule hereto, viz. :—
