The Auckland and Suburban Drainage Board doth hereby
by special order in terms of section 62 of the Auckland
and Suburban Drainage Act, 1908, and its amendment,
by section 3 of the Auckland and Suburban Drainage
Amendment Act, 1923, determine to borrow the sum of
twenty-five thousand pounds sterling (£25,000).

THE foregoing special order was made by way of a special
resolution passed at a special meeting of the Auckland
and Suburban Drainage Board, convened by requisition of
the Chairman, dated the 25th day of May, 1928, and held on
the 30th day of May, 1928. It was publicly notified in the
New Zealand Herald on the 12th, 26th, and 28th days of June,
1928, and the Auckland Star on the 5th and 19th days of
June, 1928. It was confirmed at a special meeting of the
Board convened by resolution of the Board on the 30th day
of May, 1928, and held on the 28th day of June, 1928.
