ERRATUM.—In the notice under the Shops and Offices Act, 1921-22, and its amendment, appearing in Gazette No. 53, of 28th June, 1928, at page 2127, fixing the closing- hours of grocers’ shops within the Borough of Pahiatua, for “5.50 p.m.” read “5.30 p.m.”
Additional Land at Elmer Lane taken for the Purposes of the Greymouth-Hokitika Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Greymouth- Hokitika Railway to take further land at Elmer Lane, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 33·5 perches. Part Lot 1, D.P. 348 of Sections 216 and 217. Situated in Block 34, Native Reserve No. 31, Town of Greymouth, Borough of Greymouth. (S.O. 2713.)
In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 39760, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor- General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of June, 1928.

Land near Waiwera taken for Road-diversion in connection with the Waitaki-Bluff Railway.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road-diversion, near Waiwera, in connection with the Waitaki-Bluff Railway.
SCHEDULE.
FOR ROAD-DIVERSION.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land:—
A. R. P. 0 1 13 Part of Section 2. 1 1 8 Part of Railway Reserve (Section 1).
Situated in Block XCIX, Clutha Survey District, Clutha County.
In the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 39627, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor- General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of June, 1928.
