A PPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of
a new certificate of title in the name of WILLIAM
PHYN, of Wangarei, Blacksmith, for one rood, more or less,
being Section 15 on deposited plan No. 96, part of Section 165,
Township of Sandon, and being the whole of the land in
certificate of title Vol. 26, folio 193, Wellington, and evidence
having been lodged of the loss or destruction of the said
certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I will issue the
new certificate of title as requested after fourteen days from
the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

Office, Wellington.

E VIDENCE has been furnished of the loss of certificate of
title Vol. 10, folio 260, for part of Section 5, District of
Omaka, containing 3 acres, whereof EMILY FANNY
BROWN, Wife of FREDERICK BROWN, of Blenheim, Settler,
is registered proprietor, and also of the loss of the outstand-
ing duplicate of memorandum of mortgage No. 2595, affecting
the said land, whereof the TRUSTEES OF THE BLENHEIM
MISTLETOE LODGE OF DRUIDS, are the registered proprietors,
and application having been made to me to issue a provisional
certificate of title in lieu of the one lost as aforesaid and to
register a discharge of the said mortgage dispensing with the
production of the said outstanding duplicate, I hereby give
notice that I will issue such new certificate of title and
register such discharge at the expiration of fourteen days
from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

day of June, 1928.

SCOTT, of Papatoawai, Widow, for 1 rood 28 poles, more or

of the land comprised and described in certificate of title
Vol. 146, folio 4, Otago Registry, and evidence having been
lodged of the loss of the said certificate of title, I hereby give
notice that it is my intention to issue such new certificate of
title at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the
Gazette containing this notice.
