A PPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of a new certificate of title, in favour of JAMES WILLIAM BUSBRIDGE, of Gore, Retired Farmer, erroneously described as JAMES BUSHBRIDGE, of Lumsden, Labourer, in the certificate of title hereinafter described for Allotments 1, 2, 19, and 20, Block VII, Plan 98A, Extension of the Town of Lumsden, being also part of Section 320, Hokonui District, being the balance of the land contained in certificate of title, Vol. 44, folio 33, and evidence having been lodged of the loss of the said certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I shall issue a new certificate of title as requested, unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same within fourteen days from the date of publication of this notice in the Gazette.
