And whereas the said licensees have applied to have the hereinbefore-recited license revoked, and it is desirable to revoke the same:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the Harbours Act, 1923, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council of the twenty-second day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, as from the thirty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight.

The Northern Side generally of Portion of Laura Avenue, in the City of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 31st day of May, 1928.
Present:
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE J. G. COATES, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the twentieth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, the portion of street affected by such resolution being described in the Schedule hereto, viz.:-
"The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to the northern side generally of that portion of Laura Avenue fronting Lot 17, D.P. 1004, being part Section 11, Ohiro Registration District, Block X, Port Nicholson Survey District";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the northern side generally of the portion of Laura Avenue (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE northern side generally of all that portion of street situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Laura Avenue, abutting on Lot 17, D.P. 1004, being part Section 11, Ohiro Registration District, Block X, Port Nicholson Survey District. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 72177, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Portions of Selwyn Terrace, in the City of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the ninth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, the portions of street affected being described in the Schedule hereto, viz.:-
"The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, hereby declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to the western and northern side of that portion of Selwyn Terrace beginning at a point 142·65 links from its junction with Hill Street and extending for a distance of approximately 69·19 and 39·39 links respectively, and also shall not apply to the southern side of same Terrace, beginning at its termination and extending for a distance of approximately 52·78 links, both portions of said Selwyn Terrace fronting parts of Town Section 552, or as more particularly delineated on certificate of title, Deeds Vol. 174, folio 191, in office of District Land Registrar, Wellington";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the western or southern sides of the portions of Selwyn Terrace (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of ten feet from the boundaries of the said portions of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE western, northern, and southern sides of those portions of street situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Selwyn Terrace, fronting parts Town Section 552: As the said portions of street are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 71717, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
