THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

I, James Hutchins, of Christchurch, the Secretary for
the Mahakipawa Goldfields (Limited), do solemnly and
sincerely declare that this is a true and complete statement
of the affairs of the said company at the 31st December, 1927.
And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing
the same to be true, and by virtue of the Justices of the
Peace Act, 1908.
