Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.—Declaration by the Assistant Registrar, dissolving a Society.

I, HAROLD BEANLAND WALTON, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to appear to me that the Taumarunui Municipal Band (Incorporated) is no longer carrying on its operations, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.

Dated at Auckland, this 4th day of May, 1928.

I, HAROLD BEANLAND WALTON, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that as it has been made to appear to me that the Waitakerei Progressive League (Incorporated) is no longer carrying on its operations, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.

Notice under the Family Protection Act, 1908.

APPLICATION No. 4.

I HEREBY give notice that BESSIE CASELEY, Wife of JAMES HENRY CASELEY, of Matamata, Mail Carrier, has made application under the provisions of the Family Protection Act, 1908, to have the land described in her said application, situate at Matamata, in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing 1 rood and 5 perches, more or less, being Lot 7 on deposited plan 6974, and being part of a block situated in the Tapapa Survey District called Turanga-o-Moana, registered as a "family home," and that the same will be registered accordingly unless caveat forbidding the same be lodged with me, at the District Land Registry Office, Auckland, by some person claiming to be a creditor of the applicant within the time limited for that purpose by the said Act.
